Lead quality and improvement initiatives for a central fabrication facility and act as an internal consultant for the Hanger Fabrication Network (HFN) in the area of lean manufacturing.

 

Your Impact Lead improvement activities including the integration of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and introduction of new products and/or processes for a central fabrication facilityLead the implementation of a Quality System to meet ISO 13485 standards; implement metrics and tracking mechanisms to drive continuous improvementManage a manufacturing staff engineer to support training and tracking of continuous improvement activitiesImplement and oversee Kaizen eventsCollaborate with HFN leadership on manufacturing standards and process improvement objectives across the network Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience to substitute for the bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 2 years of related experience. Additional Success Factors Demonstrated collaboration and communication skillsExperience with Quality Systems (ISO, GMp); prior experience in implementing quality system highly desirableStrong computer skills, particularly in ERP applications (SAP, Oracle)Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.Keep the patient at the center of everything that you do, building lifelong trust.Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you.Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change.Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results.
