HH OTP Health Care Program Coordinator

1. Coordinates programming and student enrollment with the college partnerships.
2. Makes contacts and develops linkages and partnerships with community organizations, businesses, schools, colleges, and volunteers for the vocational and academic department.
3. Coordinates with the Career Technical Training Manager on student enrollment into the program.
4. Coordinates travel arrangements of students enrolled in the OTP Program.
5. Monitors students’ progress in the OTP program and identifies problems and provides support and corrective action leading to problem solving.
6. Performs instruction and tutoring in the classroom related to the certified nursing
program, including certifications.
7. Ensures all program and student documentation is maintained and in compliance
according to the policies.
8. Participates in student panels to ensure student’s goals are being met and assist in
developing student plans.
9. Ensures all required materials for the program are stocked and place orders to re-
stock when necessary.
10. Coordinates all work-based learning for students in the OTP program, and
developing new partnerships with organizations for new work-based learning sites.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as health care administration, public health, or a related discipline is often required.
OR

An associate degree and four years of experience in a relevant field such as health care administration, public health or a related discipline is required.
