Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Egg Harbor Township, United States. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes or in healthcare facilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and groomingMonitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulseAdminister medications as directed by healthcare professionalsPrepare and serve meals, assisting with feeding when necessaryProvide mobility assistance, helping patients move safely and comfortablyPerform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environmentAccompany patients to medical appointments when requiredCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team membersMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient care recordsFollow all safety protocols and infection control proceduresRespond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations

Qualifications  High school diploma or equivalentValid HHA or CNA certificationCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationsPrevious experience as an HHA or CNA preferredProficiency in basic medical skills, including vital signs monitoring and medication administrationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to provide personal care assistance with compassion and respectKnowledge of safety and infection control proceduresPhysical stamina to assist with patient mobility and perform daily tasksExcellent time management and organizational skillsReliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local areaFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsUnderstanding of patient care protocols and healthcare regulations
