Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced High End Residential Construction Manager to join our team and oversee the construction of luxury residential projects. The Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of the design and construction process, from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing project plans and schedules in accordance with the high-end residential construction specifications.Arranging for the purchase of materials and services.Planning and coordinating all construction activities.Monitoring progress and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.Ensuring that all construction activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and project specifications.Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants.Ensuring that all safety regulations and safety precautions are followed.Maintaining records, preparing reports, and communicating with project team members.Providing technical assistance and advice to other team members.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction project management.Proficiency in construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.Strong understanding of building codes and zoning regulations.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in using MS Office and project management software.
