This full-time (1.0 FTE) position will be at ADM High School, located in Adel, Iowa. ADM High School, which educates approximately 680 students, shares a modern campus with the Middle School. Position Overview:The successful candidate will teach a range of math courses, which may include Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra II. Key Qualifications: Education and Certification: + Valid teaching license. + Math endorsement. Skills and Experience: + Knowledge of current research and evidence-based instructional practices in math education. + Familiarity with standards-referenced grading and professional learning communities. + Strong communication and collaboration skills within and beyond the math department. + Proficiency in technology integration to enhance student learning. + Ability to analyze formative and summative data to inform instructional decisions. + Effective organizational and record-keeping skills. + Commitment to differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs.
