Summary: Seeking a High Volume Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for customer care, claims, and operations teams.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2+ years of high volume, full life-cycle recruitment experience
Highly proficient in Workday ATS/HRIS System
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably Workday
SCA recruiting experience highly desired
Previous contact center recruiting experience highly preferred
Responsibilities:
Assist in screening, identifying and hiring for customer care, claims and operations teams
Assess candidates' skills compared to job requirements through phone screens and standardized interview questions
Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, make hiring recommendations, and respond to candidate emails/calls
Develop a robust candidate pipeline from various sourcing methods
Provide feedback to recruiting, HR, operations, and management teams regarding recruiting progress
Review/screen resumes to identify qualified applicants
Schedule and prepare hiring managers for interviews
Maintain and update recruitment tracking spreadsheets
Collaborate with HR/onboarding team for timely onboarding of new employees
Act as Primary Recruiter on entry-level roles
Manage current candidate activity in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday
Pay: 27-33

Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
