The APP provides clinical leadership through advanced practice role-modeling and professional communication. Specialization includes in-depth graduate study of relevant theories and scientific knowledge related to a select patient population which promotes the ability to analyze and refine practice. In collaboration with the health care team, the APP monitors the clinical care of patients and provides clinical expertise to improve patient care and patient outcomes. **Salary Range:** $98,000.00 - $126,235.00 annually _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.
