This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. This role can be based remotely or on-site, depending on project requirements. **Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:** The Senior HighView SME will provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and support to projects and teams working with the HighView software suite. The primary responsibilities include: + Serve as the lead HighView expert, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance on the software's capabilities, configurations, and best practices. + Collaborate with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design appropriate HighView solutions. + Develop and implement HighView customizations, integrations, and enhancements to meet specific project needs. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex HighView issues, providing technical support and recommendations for resolution. + Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for project teams and end-users on HighView functionality and processes. + Participate in the design, testing, and implementation phases of HighView projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. + Contribute to the development of technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures related to HighView. + Stay up to date with the latest HighView releases, updates, and industry best practices. **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. + Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with HighView software, including configuration, customization, and integration. + Proven expertise in HighView data modeling, report development, and workflow automation. + Experience working in a government or highly regulated industry environment is preferred. **Required Skills and Competencies:** + Deep understanding of HighView software suite, including data modeling, reporting, workflows, and integrations. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex HighView issues. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. + Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar) is a plus. + Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance (TS/SCI). **Desired Skills and Competencies:** + Certified HighView Professional or equivalent certification. + Experience with agile software development methodologies. + Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts. + Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies. + Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. **Working Environment & Conditions** This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
