Job Description Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of highways and roadways in accordance with NICET standards.  Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.  Document and report findings, providing recommendations for corrective actions.  Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.  Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and other team members.  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
