This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. Shift will be assigned upon start. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 2010 Wellness Way, Suite 200, Las Vegas, NV.
This will be paid on-the-job training and the hours during training will be aligned with your schedule.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Scans documents into patients charts
+ Files documents into patients charts
+ Match unmatched labs in the portal
+ Edit and send provider dictation
+ Request medical records for patient upcoming appointment
+ Must have Medical office experience and understand the difference between medical record document types ie: radiology, labs, hospital consults
+ Must be extremely detailed oriented and have the ability to multi - task
+ Other duties as assigned
This is a high volume, customer service environment. You’ll need to be efficient, productive, and thorough.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma / GED
+ Must be 18 years of age OR older
+ 1+ years of experience in a medical office and / OR medical records position
+ Experience with computers and Windows based programs including Microsoft Word (create, edit, save, and send documents), Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort, filter), Microsoft Outlook
+ Ability to type and talk at the same time and navigate through multiple screens
+ Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST from Monday - Friday. Shift will be assigned upon start. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 1+ years of experience with medical office processes
+ 1+ years of related work experience including data entry
+ Prior experience with EMR computer applications
+ Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
