Schedule: Full-time day shift. Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Through assessment of volumes, staffing, and workflow leads the team in achieving the goal of all tasks completed, daily, making the necessary adjustments to achieve the desired outcome.

Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a relevant study.
Strong knowledge of Medical Record concepts including record completion requirements, chart tracking, and release of information procedures
Experience with Computer skills to include Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
Excellent Communication Skills
Superior Cerner system proficiency
