Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services in Oahu is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a full-time Facilities (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Care homes) Hiring Coordinator. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our franchise is adequately staffed with qualified and dedicated individuals who are committed to providing top-notch care to our senior residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment and a strong understanding of long-term care facilities. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a proactive recruitment strategy to attract qualified candidates for various positions within our skilled nursing, assisted living, and care homes facilities - Source and screen applicants through various recruitment channels, including job postings, online platforms, and networking events - Conduct phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their staffing needs and priorities - Maintain all recruitment and hiring documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations - Work with our clinical team to ensure that all new hires meet the necessary qualifications and requirements for their respective roles - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes - Plan and coordinate new employee orientations and onboarding sessions - Assist with employee retention efforts by developing and implementing employee recognition programs and initiatives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment and long-term care facilities Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare management, or a related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in long-term care facilities - Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to hiring in the healthcare industry - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Proficiency in recruitment software and platforms - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment for all employees.
