We’re Hiring for a Part-Time Nurse    Join our compassionate team at Griswold Homecare, a reputable home care agency, as a Part-Time Registered Nurse responsible for conducting in-home assessments and developing personalized care plans. We will need 3-4 assessments done per month. Must be flexible during weekdays.

Responsibilities 

Conduct initial and repeat RN Assessments for our clients Develop Plans of Care based on the client’s needs and services requested Supervise provision of care according to the Plan of Care and the performance of the home health aide(s) Review and make reasonable inquiries to determine changes in client status periodically Communicate with authorized family / personal representatives in the care of the client when needed Document all changes in the client’s medical condition What We Offer: Flexible working hours.
