\nPay Rate and Schedule:
\n7:30 am - 4:30 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
\n$21 - $24 /hr. DOE

\nResponsibilities:

\n\n\n\tAcquiring and processing vendor invoices by conducting 3-way matching and acquiring\n\tapprovals.\n\tApplying expenses to the proper GL accounts and departments.\n\tVerifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.\n\tAnswering phone calls.\n\tAssist with visitors as needed.\n\tScan and file all Invoice, receipts, and bill payments.\n\tMaintain and update accounting records and files.\n\tOrganizing and responding to emails. Most invoices are received via email.\n\tMust be able to work at a computer for prolonged periods of time.\n\tAbility to go up and down stairs frequently.\n\n\n

\nRequirements/Qualifications: 

\n\n\n\t2+ years related work experience \n\tAP experience working for other food manufacturing \n\tStrong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, file transfer, spreadsheets (Excel), data entry, database maintenance, including the ability to enter data and maintain records.\n\tBilingual spanish \n\tAttention to detail and conscientious.\n\n\nIf you're interested in this position please submit your resume or text \"AP Clerk\" to 562-402-3432
