Welcome to Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu! We are currently hiring a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Description of the Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to our senior clients. Your responsibilities will include delivering daily care and assistance in the comfort of their own homes. This may involve helping with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and reminding clients to take their medications. In addition, you will monitor their health closely and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties. Maintaining and enhancing our clients' safety and overall well-being is key, as is accurately documenting all services provided. You will also have regular communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Continuous improvement is important to us, so we encourage you to attend training and educational sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. Collaboration with other caregivers and team members is crucial to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Hold a valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Prior experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is preferred Demonstrate effective and compassionate communication skills with clients and their families Possess strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Physical ability to perform all required tasks, including lifting and transferring clients

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience. You will receive weekly pay and have opportunities for career development and growth within our franchise.
