Hiring Coordinator

Location: Downtown Seattle, WA – In Office 

Pay: $27.00-$28.00/hour

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

We are looking for an outstanding full-time employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas.

As a Hiring Coordinator you will be responsible for recruitment, hiring events and ensuring staffing levels meet current needs along with performing a variety of HR tasks. Some responsibilities may include: 

Lead hiring events. Recruitment reporting. Recruiting, interviewing and offering opportunities. Update recruitment pipeline status and provide recruitment updates. Maintaining personnel files. Various HR/Administrative duties. Operations Support.

Qualifications: 

Must be 18 years of age. Must have reliable means of communication & transportation. Must have the legal right to work in the USA. Must have the ability to read, speak and write English. Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Basic HR knowledge with recruitment experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
