Job Title: Order Filler
Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Order Filler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, maintaining customer records, and ensuring timely shipments. This role guarantees 40 hours per week, with a start time of 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

ResponsibilitiesProcess orders and input them into the databaseManage inventory and maintain accurate recordsMaintain customer records and contact informationProvide open order reports as requestedCreate shipping paperwork for outbound deliveriesPick orders and pack them for shipmentLoad and unload materialsSort mail and assist in the mailroomEssential SkillsAbility to pick, pack, label, and sort itemsProficiency with computer skills, including data entryExperience with entering orders into a computer systemAbility to stand for an entire shiftAttention to detailProven record of good attendanceAdditional Skills & QualificationsAt least 6 months of experience operating a computer for data entryWillingness to learn and adaptStrong interpersonal skillsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is within a GMP medical device company that produces hearing aids. The work environment is quick-paced, temperature-controlled, and resembles a call center rather than a noisy production floor. The mailroom is a smaller space, and each contractor will have their own designated work area to sort and organize orders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.70 - $17.70/hr.
