Compensation: $26 - $30 per hour
Helpmates is hiring an Electrical Installer Lead. This role involves overseeing tasks like installing wire harnesses, cables, and control modules, as well as crimping and wire identification. The Lead will supervise and assist coworkers in installing aircraft components like galleys, closets, overhead bins, and sidewalls.

\nResponsibilities also include reading blueprints, using the PLM system, and communicating engineering changes to the team.

\nSchedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
\nPay Rate: $26 - $30 DOE

\nJob Duties: \n\n\tPromote cooperation, positive communication, and teamwork among coworkers.\n\tRead and use blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to install or rework electrical components.\n\tMentor and develop team members professionally.\n\tOrganize production employees for tasks like torquing, bonding, riveting, and edge sealing.\n\tEncourage improvements in safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.\n\tCreate and ensure adherence to daily standard work procedures.\n\tLead daily meetings to review previous day's performance and plan for the day.\n\tFoster a continuous improvement mindset and promote new ideas from the team.\n\tEnsure team members are capable of meeting production schedule demands.\n\tCommunicate production line issues to engineering, planning, or quality departments.\n\tEnsure timely completion of work to meet company objectives and customer demands.\n\tMaintain safe use of tools and ensure a clean, safe work environment.\n\tUnderstand and manage work orders and traceability requirements.\n\tReport defects to quality assurance or supervisors as needed.\n\tEnsure products meet the latest engineering drawings and specifications.\n\tCollaborate with quality assurance to address and solve repetitive quality issues.\n\tPerform other assigned duties.\n\nExperience \n\n\n\t1 - 3 years of experience \n\tERP experience \n\tAvailable to work OT during the week and on weeends (60 hours a week) \n\nOther
