Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our team. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality control, equipment monitoring, and manual adjustments. Candidates will be exposed to various production areas requiring substantial physical activity and attention to detail.
ResponsibilitiesPerform quality control procedures during machine operation and inspection when machines are stopped.Monitor equipment for manual adjustments and ensure the quality of the final product.Conduct frequent quality checks, including monitoring temperature, pressure, speed, heat, and humidity.Make CNC adjustments.Walk and climb stairs frequently, managing processes from the second level.Work on elevated, metal graded surfaces without fear of heights.Operate and troubleshoot various equipment.Assist in boxing and labeling.Essential Skills1-2 years of experience in food production or process manufacturing.1-2 years of experience in machine operation in a process environment.Proficiency in basic math and mechanical reasoning.Ability to read gauges and document readings.Experience with CNC machines, manual machinery, pallet jacks, calibration, mixing, and batching.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift operation experience.Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and inventory management.Comfortable working in hot, humid, and muggy environments.Why Work Here?
