**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Location: Muscatine, IA** **HIRING ALL SHIFTS** **PAY: $24-33/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on various industrial machinery, including HUSKY injection molding machines, POLYMAC electrical molding machines, and FIG machines. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of equipment that manufactures gaskets, buckets, and other industrial materials for construction companies and paint suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical documents. **Responsibilities** + Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative maintenance on cup packagers, carton sealing equipment, Paper Machinery (PMC), and Thermoforming Cup Forming machines. + Conduct maintenance on conveyor equipment and robotic/hydraulic machinery. + Read and interpret blueprints and electrical prints. + Use a voltammeter and be familiar with hydraulic pumps and valves. + Log and maintain accurate records in the CMMS system. + Perform tool changeovers and ensure proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures are followed. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Utilize hand and power tools, including MIG/stick welding equipment. + Work with PLCs, VFDs, and perform electrical troubleshooting. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical prints. + Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. + Experience with hydraulic systems, pumps, and valves. + Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and VFDs. + Knowledge of LOTO procedures. + Ability to use a voltammeter and perform welding (MIG/stick).
