Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aides/Certified Caregivers for our facilities in Liliha and Kane'ohe, located in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Nurse Aide/Certified Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing the highest level of care and support to elderly patients in their own homes or residential facilities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

In this rewarding role, your primary goal will be to assist patients with their daily activities, including eating, dressing, grooming, and bathing. Additionally, you will diligently monitor and accurately document each patient's health, making necessary adjustments to their personalized care plan based on their condition.

Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized services based on each patient's unique care plan Assist elderly patients with their daily activities, including feeding, bed care, and mobility Monitor vital signs and precisely document patient health status Maintain a clean and safe environment for our valued patients Offer compassionate companionship and unwavering emotional support to prevent feelings of loneliness Accompany patients to medical appointments and graciously run errands as required Administer medications as directed with utmost care and attention Perform any other assigned duties with dedication and professionalism

Requirements:

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is considered a plus Possess a valid certification as a Nurses' Assistant, Nurse Aide, or Certified Caregiver Previous experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred Hold a current or valid HI state driver's license with a safe driving record Demonstrate knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and office procedures Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service Exhibit effective communication skills, both written and verbal Be flexible, organized, and able to meet deadlines with ease

Compensation & Benefits:
