Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership to the engineering team and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products. Develop and execute the engineering roadmap in collaboration with the executive team. Lead the development and implementation of best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. Manage and mentor the engineering team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing. Ensure the timely delivery of software releases, while balancing quality, scope, and resources. Work with product managers to prioritize engineering projects based on business goals and customer needs. Identify and manage technical risks, ensuring that appropriate mitigation strategies are in place. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and identify opportunities to innovate and improve the company's technical stack. Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and operations.
