**Job Title: Press Brake Setup Operator** **Job Description** We are a sheet metal fabrication job shop located in Mendota Heights, specializing in various industries including medical, aerospace, automotive, heating and cooling, and more. We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Setup Operator to join our team. Candidates must have recent experience performing setups and operations on press brakes. The company has several sheet metal fab equipment, and this candidate will be running new machines. Experience with specific models such as CXBIII1030 and HDS1303MT is preferred but not necessary. **Responsibilities** + Setting up and operating CNC press brakes + Working with stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel + Inspecting own parts with inspection tools + Working with bend allowances + Reading and understanding blueprints and sketches **Essential Skills** + Press Brake Setup experience + Experience in machine setup and troubleshooting + Ability to read and understand blueprints + Experience with sheet metal fabrication and inspection + High School Diploma + 2+ years of recent experience in setting up and operating punch press **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with specific models such as CXBIII1030 and HDS1303MT is preferred + Experience in a similar role usually works well **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a climate-controlled environment with up to $500/month production bonuses once permanent. It houses numerous machines such as press brakes, punch presses, laser/turrets, and CNC machines. The environment is loud but well organized, with roughly 300 employees. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAINT PAUL, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
