**Hiring Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving pallets via sitdown electric forklift, loading and unloading trucks, bringing materials to the production lines, replenishing lines, breaking down skids and pallets, and scanning orders. Time will be spent between the docks and the production floor. **Responsibilities** + Move pallets using a sitdown electric forklift. + Load and unload trucks efficiently. + Bring materials to the production lines. + Replenish lines as needed. + Break down skids and pallets. + Scan orders and manage inventory. + Work between docks and the production floor. **Essential Skills** + Packaging Line experience: 2-3 years + Manufacturing Experience: 2+ years + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Experience with inspections + Machine Operating experience: 2+ years + Proficient in computer skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Foods/Chemical industry experience preferred + Ability to stage and pack materials + Experience with general production and labor tasks + Must wear steel-toed boots **Why Work Here?** Our company offers opportunities for pay raises upon conversion and chances to advance to higher-level roles such as operators and leads.
