**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Candidates will be helping out in multiple different areas. These duties could include working in trimming, mold operating, or assembly. Trimming involves using hand tools to trim off excess plastic from the product or using power drills to drill holes for assembly. Mold operating involves working with a crew on a rotational molding machine, filling it with plastic pellets, running the machine, unloading it, and sending the parts to trimming. This role is the most physical and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Assembly involves basic assembly of plastic parts using hand and power tools. All positions require candidates to be comfortable with standing on their feet all day, bending and twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. **Responsibilities** + Use hand tools to trim off excess plastic from the product. + Use power drills to drill holes for assembly. + Work with a crew on a rotational molding machine, including filling with plastic pellets, running the machine, unloading, and sending parts to trimming. + Perform basic assembly of plastic parts using hand and power tools. + Stand on feet all day, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a fast-paced environment + Mechanical aptitude + Experience in construction **Why Work Here?** Employees work 4-10 hour shifts and have the opportunity for profit sharing, which amounts to about 3% of income including overtime. First shift employees receive a $500 gift card for company products once hired on, and second shift employees receive a $750 gift card. The company is very flexible and can move employees to different areas if they are not comfortable in their current role. Employees are allowed to have one earbud in to listen to music while working. **Work Environment** The work environment can get hot in the summer, but large industrial fans are used to keep it cool.
