Responsibilities

Investigate and assist in documenting and resolving customer issues and grievances in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner, working with other departments to resolve the source of the problem(s).Evaluate and promote a safe environment for participants.Document all new medications administered at DTC in the participant’s electronic medical record as per MD’s orders.Identify and partner with other departments to resolve complex customer service inquiries.Assist with coordination/preparation of mail order prescriptions, complete prescription log, and prepare the mailing list.Coordinate and collaborate with the Site Medical Director and members of the interdisciplinary team (IDT) regarding Infection Control and Surveillance activities at the PACE Center.Aid in education to participants regarding all PACE services.Respond to email messages from vendors, participants, or providers seeking basic information and/or looking for a response from a staff member.Address site issues as they occur.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 830am-5pm NO WEEKENDS

Pay Rate: $50-$60 per hour depending on experience

Location: We have openings in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Westchester, & Nassau

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
