What is your job role?
Create brand awareness and improve the company's marketing efforts and increase company’s sales. Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and target audience identification. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions. Stay update with the latest social media trend and practices. Assist and undertake any other ad-hoc duties when deemed necessaryWho are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in any field. Preferably someone who is interested and have experiences in social medias such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Proven working experience in social media marketing and/or digital media marketing would be an advantage. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels. Excellent writing, editing (text, photo, video), and presentation skills. Candidate should be self-motivated, possesses positive attitude, meticulous, detail-oriented, able to work individually and also in a team. Able to work under pressure, independently, and maintain confidentiality at all times. Excellent written and verbal skills in English is a must. Written and verbal communication skills in other languages/dialect will be an added advantage but it is not necessary. Ability to start immediately or with short notice period would be preferred.
