**Hiring Solar Installers paying $25hr in Denver,CO - Can Start on 9/30/24.** **Job Description:** We are seeking candidates with good tenures. Responsibilities: -This is a fully on-site position in Denver, Colorado. - Shoveling, backfilling, raking, concrete work, module, and rack mounting. - Using small hand tools such as a compactor, concrete saw, drills, etc. - Supporting the construction management team to complete the mechanical installation of components on solar carport systems -commercial rooftop solar installations. - Aiding in material movement and logistics with the use of light hand tools, including wrenches and screwdrivers. - Working on one of three crews: dirt crew, module/panel crew, and wire management, with the potential to move between crews. **Hard Skills:** + Commercial solar + Commercial lighting + Construction labor experience **Work Environment:** **An outdoor construction environment, working in the elements with a small team. Casual construction dress code. PPE and Steel Toe Boots are required.
