Job Description

We have multiple openings for warehouse associates across different departments. This position offers a variety of roles, including assembly, foaming, paneling, motors installation, palletizing, general plant labor, machine wrapping, machine wiring, electrical box wiring, blender assembly, pre-soldering, soldering/brazing, refrigeration, spot welding, general fabrication labor, parts packing/shipping, and material handling.

ResponsibilitiesAssembly: Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools. Ideal for mechanically inclined individuals.Foaming: Lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials. Suitable for individuals with a roofing.Paneling: Attach panels to machines and perform finishing touches. Basic knowledge of hand tools required.Motors: Install motors into machines using hand tools and air ratchets. Prior experience with machine assembly or as a hobbyist working on cars/boats/go-karts is beneficial.Palletizing: Operate fork trucks to place finished machines on pallets for delivery. Attention to detail is crucial.General Plant Laborer: Perform general cleaning tasks such as emptying garbage, breaking down boxes, and sweeping floors. Flexible hours available.Machine Wrapper: Wrap copper pipes with insulation. Must follow directions and take good notes.Machine Wiring: Wire electronics and sub-assemblies. Experience required.Electrical Box Wiring: Wire sub-assemblies. Prior machine wiring experience is a plus.Blender Assembly: Assemble small tabletop blenders using hand tools.Pre-solder: Bend and pre-solder copper tubing. Knowledge of soldering is a plus.Soldering/Brazing: Perform soldering and brazing tasks. EPA certification is a plus; company will cover certification costs.Refrigeration: Charge machines with refrigerant. Prior refrigeration experience required. EPA certification is a plus; company will cover certification costs.Spot Welding: Entry-level position for individuals interested in manufacturing/welding. Training provided.General Fabrication Laborer: Perform general fabrication tasks. Familiarity with hand tools and welding is beneficial.Parts Packer/Shipper: Pick and pack parts for shipment. Must be detail-oriented and able to work well in groups.Material Handler: Handle materials and use SAP or warehouse management systems. Work Environment

Work 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm. During busy seasons, expect to work until 4:30pm and occasionally on Saturdays. The first day starts at 8am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $13.00 - $16.00
