About the Role

Are you ready to be a driving force in Oracle’s sales success? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the catalyst for generating high-quality sales opportunities and expanding our industry market share. Your mission? To connect with prospective clients and create 5-Star leads that turn into revenue, through strategic outbound campaigns and multi-channel outreach.

Results-Driven: Proven track record of success and a goal-oriented mindset. Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Passionate & Dedicated: Demonstrated work ethic and enthusiasm for learning and technology. Curious & Insightful: A positive presence with a keen ability to understand and address client needs. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or business development outbound prospecting.  Preferred Qualifications: Experience in software and technology.
