Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principle balance faster.** **Job Summary** Utilizes effective use of available material resources, provide timely, high-quality Histopathology services and address laboratory related complaints and problem resolution, under the direction of the Laboratory Director and the Clinic Manager. **Education and/or Experience** + An associate or technical degree from a regionally accredited college/university, with a combination of 12 semester hours of biology and chemistry is required. + A one year of full time acceptable experience in a histopathology (clinical, veterinary, industry or research) laboratory from an accredited laboratory within the last five years is preferred. **Licensure/Certification/Registration** + Certification as a Histology Technician or HTL from the ASCP is required. **Work Schedule** + Monday-Friday, 6:30am-4:00pm + Full Time; 72hrs/2wks **Pay** The hourly range for this position is listed below.
