In this role, you will play a vital part in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of patients by accurately processing surgical pathology specimens. Responsibilities include performing cryotomy and frozen section staining, kidney biopsy evaluations, case accessioning, tissue disposal, specimen pick-ups, and packaging, equipment maintenance, and record retention. The position may also include participating in autopsies, and occasional travel between the Scottsdale and Phoenix campuses. Proficiency in using the Pathology Laboratory Information System and assisting with other assigned duties is essential.
