Job Description

You will perform routine and special paraffin histotechnology duties under the supervision of a Lead Histotechnologist. Your role ensures the provision of high-quality diagnostic material within established turnaround times. Responsibilities include:

Accurate gross description on tissue samplesPerforming quality control proceduresOperating all instruments/equipment according to accepted proceduresMeeting turnaround time and productivity standardsAssisting in problem resolutionRecording, transcribing and maintaining patient test resultsCompleting routine and STAT testing within set guidelines

This is a contract position with a duration of 13 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Miami, Florida.

Work Environment

The position operates in a laboratory from Monday to Friday, during the 3rd shift hours of 10pm to 6:30am.
