Title: HIT Support Engineer, Lewiston

What You’ll Do:

Provide hardware, network, and software application support to employees.Partake in after-hours support rotation. On-Call every 4 weeks, nights, weekends & holidays. Travel to all other offices as needed, possibly 1x/month which include Bangor, Dover, Waterville, Wilton, Farmington, Bridgton, Norway & Augusta. Provide solutions and follow-up from assigned tickets with the objective to help the users remove obstacles and return to productive work as soon as possible.Monitor equipment and inventory levels, ordering equipment as authorized.Record all details of inquiries, comments and complaints in tracking software ticketing system and continue to document and monitor issues through resolution.

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of experience in IT.Associate degree in computer science, IS, or related field.Knowledge of Office 365, inventory management, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, Citrix, Printer Administration, and IOS devices.Ability to provide technical support and creative solutions.Comfortable with healthcare concepts and vocabulary.
