The Role
Must be willing to work 24/7 Rotational shift
Hyderabad Onsite role(5 days office)
Provide analysis and implementation support for SAN/NAS Storage solutions, initial implementation, and integration into the environment as required Provide input into the creation, establishment and maintenance of IT policies, procedures and practices using ITIL framework to efficiently manage the storage infrastructure Customer Engagement Leadership: Lead complex customer engagements, ensuring technical success, and supporting project managers with effective communication, planning, and progress tracking. Solution Design & Delivery: Create detailed technical designs from high-level solution concepts and deliver innovative services for Hitachi Vantara customers. Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced subject matter expertise to resolve complex issues in Storage, Compute, and Data Protection environments, adhering to ITIL processes. Documentation & Process Improvement: Develop detailed process documents, work instructions, and run-books, while recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and customer success. Mentorship & Training: Mentor junior consultants, guide teams, and foster collaboration with colleagues and 3rd-party partners. Customer Relationship Management: Support Service Delivery Managers in governance meetings, reporting, and strengthening customer relationships. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvement initiatives within customer accounts to drive value and operational excellence.
