**Position Description**

This position requires to work in the office at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadeliphia division. Philadelphia commuting area to support engagements for NAVSEA.Therefore, flexibility to a hybrid work schedule is allowed.
Serco-NA is actively seeking an experienced Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) Product Support Analyst to support the NAVSEA PMS 443 Director of Product Support in Philadelphia, PA. The Analyst will assist in the development and management of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements for Navy systems. An ideal candidate will have experience in Navy product support management in areas such as logistics, engineering, and/or data analytics.
**In this role you will:**
+ Support the Product Support Director in ensuring comprehensive product support for assigned systems throughout their lifecycle.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and prioritize product support strategies aimed at improving the operational availability of critical HM&E systems.
+ Facilitate the development of HM&E Product Support policies and processes, program briefs, communications, Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Task Planning Sheets (TPS), Business Case Analysis (BCA), Program Objective Memorandums (POM), etc.
+ Organize and facilitate HM&E Product Support meetings and forums to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
+ Collect, analyze, validate, and present data to support cross-organization processes, policy improvements, and initiatives.
+ Track and manage action items across the Product Support Team, ensuring timely progress and completion.
**Qualifications**
**To be successful in this role, you must have:**
+ An active DoD Secret Security Clearance
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy, or engineering OR relevant US Navy experience.
+ Educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 7 years of applicable work experience.
+ At least four (4) years’ experience managing Integrated Product Support (IPS) for Navy systems.
+ Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite.
+ Ability to manage time and priorities efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and projects progress smoothly. Highly organized to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
+ Familiarity with data collection, validation, and analysis techniques for assessing system performance, identifying issues, and recommending improvements to optimize product support.
+ 10% travel to field activities and Washington Navy Yard in Wasington, DC will be required
