HME Supply Chain Analyst

Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities for product savings and standardization in the areas of contracting and reduction of product variations across the HME network. The analyst will contribute to revision, implementation and maintenance of Avera Home Medical Equipment's (HME) pricing strategy, to review and maintain the item master file and evaluate inventory efficiencies at the HME warehouse and retail branches. To accomplish this, the analyst will need to work directly with leadership and other appropriate internal Avera stakeholders. The analyst will be responsible for making timely decisions in collaboration with leadership through the use of ERP data and reporting, vendor presentations and any other relevant information needed to come to product and inventory decisions. **What you will do** + Analysis and maintenance of item master file and purchasing records within ERP software. Prepares financial, business, trend, and operational analyses of products, services, projects, or general business that may include but is not limited to budget analysis, cost benefit analysis, analysis of technology/capital equipment, and vendor service + Evaluate and maintain item pricing. + Contribute to achieving product standardization across Avera HME network through product analysis. Prepares related reports, graphs, charts, presentations and other documents to support analysis. + Analysis of inventory at the warehouse and HME branch level to identify ordering efficiencies, obsolete inventory and inventory clean-up. + Provide strategic expertise and guidance that facilitates supply expense management while continuously improving all processes that support patient care, education, and overall supply chain efficiency. + Assist in identifying and targeting specific projects and opportunities to identify large savings opportunities and standardization with the Director of HME Supply Chain Operations. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
