The HOAAdministrative Supervisor oversees bookkeeping and administrative workflow for the communities associations we serve.
\n\nDaily responsibilities:
\n\n\nMaintain timesheets for bookkeeping department.\nEnter, update, and remove communities and community managers in the AP software.\nSupport and cover for the AP & Administrative Assistant when they are out.\nSend out Morning News & maintains schedule for managers.\nManage HOA Coupon Requests.\nLocate unknown checks for Bookkeepers.\nManage HOA Taxes and HOA Audits.\nReview refunds for processing.\nEnter community Fee, Charges, & Current Property Values.\nAssist customers and respond to Roll Over Calls.\nSupport various bookkeeping department tasks, such as Lead Sheets, Welcome Letters, Copy Settlement Checks, Post Assessments.\nProcesses Friendlies and Temporary Coupons\nCover for all Bookkeeping staff when they are out.\nOther duties as requested.\n\n Requirements\n2+ years of office administration and billing experience.\nAdministrative experience from a Community Association is highly desired, not required.\nCustomer focused, service driven, and team oriented.,\nReliable and dependable with attention to detail and ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.\nWell versed in Microsoft Office Products.\nExcellent communication skills, written and spoken.\nSelf motivated, proactive, and show initiative.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n\n\n\n\n\n#LI-PK1
