Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a HOA Controller to be a part of our team in Irvine, California, 92612, United States. In this role, you will be expected to execute various accounting functions, engage with auditing processes, and work with property managers to ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process detailed financial statements and execute month-end close processes. • Prepare workpapers for audits and tax reporting to support audit processes. • Engage with property managers to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting. • Perform GL reconciliations, bank reconciliations, month-end close entries, and journal entries to complete monthly financials. • Analyze discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures to assist in resolving financial issues. • Address coworker questions and create graphs to enhance understanding and clarity of financial data. • Handle various accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and budget processes. • Operate various accounting software systems such as 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports.
