Initially will be trained as a Briteline - Stencil Operator. Employee may also be trained on the following machines depending on business needs:Briteline - Labeling MachineGB/Main Plant – Labeling MachineGB/Main Plant – SMI/Case PackerGB/Main Plant – Coding and StencilingGB/Main Plant - SolbernsGB/Main Plant – CapperGB/Main Plant – DepalletizerGB/Main Plant - PalletizerSet-up the Stencil machine for operation on the Brite Line or other assigned machineChangeover, troubleshoot, clean, and lubricate stencil machine or other assigned machine.Ensure that case stenciling is correct, and meets customer requirements Report timely any equipment, safety, or quality concerns to the Line Lead/DC SupervisorMaintain the cleanliness of the Brite LineOperations, setup, clean, minor adjustments and basic maintenance of equipment. Communicate with maintenance, line leader and supervisor in regards to any issues with machinery.During down times, will need to assist with rework or sanitation.Watch for quality issues with product.When stencil work is not available on the Brite Line, work on case packing, breakage, or other ad hoc items as assigned by the Line Lead/DC SupervisorAdhere to the TreeHouse Foods Code of EthicsAdhere to all health, safety, environmental, food safety, and quality standardsReport to the Green Bay Plant when work is not available on the Brite Line or based on business needs.The duties and responsibility described are not a comprehensive list of all tasks.
