**Job Title: Hoist and Crane Service Technician** **Job Description** This role requires you to travel from your home to various job sites, with pay starting from the moment you leave your home until you return. You will be provided with a company vehicle, and we cover all service, insurance, and gas expenses. Approximately 10% of the work may require overnight stays, for which you will receive a $60 per diem, a gas card, and a company card for hotel accommodations. Your day starts by clocking in on an app when you hit the road. The app will guide you to either quoted or non-quoted jobs. Quoted jobs come with specific instructions and parts/tools needed, while non-quoted jobs require on-site troubleshooting. You may need to visit the plant for tools, parts, or a scissor lift, which must be returned after the job. You will report on the repairs made using the app. **Hard Skills** + Experience troubleshooting and repairing hoists and cranes + Electrical knowledge: 480V, 230V, 110V, motor controls and circuits, contactors, VFDs + Basic mechanical skills: motor shaft coupling, bearing replacements + Computer and app experience **Soft Skills** + Strong problem-solving abilities + Willingness to work in various environments + Adaptability to perform both electrical and mechanical tasks **Job Type** This is a permanent position.
