**Job Title: Hoist Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking two hoist operators to join the North Market Tower project in Columbus. Candidates must have prior knowledge of hoist operation and maintenance from a commercial construction site. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain the hoist equipment on a commercial construction site. + Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure the hoist operates properly daily, including tasks such as lubricating the equipment and changing batteries or gas. **Essential Skills** + Knowledgeable in buck hoist operation and maintenance. + OSHA 10 certification. + 2+ years of experience as a hoist operator on a commercial construction site. + Ability to pass D&B and Rigging tests. + Mechanically inclined with a focus on safety and maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of hoist operation experience. + Ability to pass D&B. **Why Work Here?** This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to transition from a temporary to a permanent role over six months. **Work Environment** The role is based at the North Market Tower project, operating during the 1st shift.
