The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, friendly, and polished with a great personality. They must have the willingness to go the extra mile to serve our guests with the flexibility to work holidays. This is an overnight and evening position: Two overnight shifts every Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:00pm to 7:00am and Three evening shifts from 3:00pm- 11:00pm. Job Responsibilities Include: Audit, balance and report on all food and beverage outlet's: (e.g. restaurants, lounges, banquets, room service) cash and credit operations to include but not limited to checks, over/short figures/tally sheets, deposits, counts, house charges, promotional materials, postings, etc. and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely information. Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to; room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, deposits, etc. to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed. Audit, balance and prepare, verify and report on Room information to provide rooms management with a picture of how they are performing. Prepare and input statistics and income journal sheets for preparation of daily reports. Balance and close all bank ticket codes, daily Run night audit final after insuring all revenues are in balance nightly. Perform the duties of a Front Desk (guest check-in and check-out, assist guests, provide general information on hotel and nearby attractions) Qualified candidates must have the following skills/experience: Previous hotel front desk experience (desk clerk or night audit). Knowledge of Word and Outlook. Ability to perform moderate math and accounting functions. Previous cash handling experience. Candidates must be able to: stand for a full shift; bend, stoop and reach; push and pull up to 100lbs and lift up to 75lbs. EOE M/F/Vets/Disabled
