Construction /Job Planning/ Tasks and Coordination:
General Remodeling construction tasks such as decks, landing, doorway widening, grab bar
installation
Review plans and specs and determine feasibility, code compliance, labor, and equipment
requirements. Produce quotes as well as coordinate with designer/sales to generate
attractive/profitable quotes
Insure timely job starts and completion. Plan material purchases, labor requirements,
coordinate with staff as needed and follow Numotion documentation procedures.
Schedule and supervise construction staff and subs. Insure skills appropriate, job prep,
tools and materials are available to them.
Ensure Numotion standards and all applicable codes/regulations are followed on job site
Obtain permits as needed
Administrative/customer service for remodeling/installation:
Assist with developing list of sub contractors
Evaluate sub contractor performance
Monitor and maintain tools, storage, maintenance, re-supply, coordinating with other staff
Receive and sort products on loading dock as needed.
Record service and follow up for clients in a timely manner and coordinate with other staff
Observe HIPPA, Safety, Code Compliance at all times
Participate in education sessions provided by Company or required by certifications
Other jobs/duties as needed

Describe general services and equipment provided by Numotion to clients, contractors, and
the public when providing construction/installation services
