Description Under the direction of the Head Start and Early Head Start Assistant Director, the Home-Based Supervisor will be responsible for supervising 7-10 Child and Family Educators. Responsible for monitoring all aspects of the Home-based Performance Standards, areas for infants and toddlers, child screening and assessment, and curriculum fidelity, ensuring comprehensive services are being delivered. The Home-Based Supervisor will oversee home visits and socialization sessions planning and implementation. They will work closely with the Head Start and Early Head Start Assistant Director and other staff to ensure that program policies and procedures are followed to support the philosophy, goals, and policies of the Early Head Start program. The Home-Based Supervisor will conduct monthly individual supervision, which includes reflective supervision and group supervision of seven to ten (7-10) Child and Family Educators. They will be responsible for assessing the quality of the home visits, monitoring curriculum fidelity, and home visitors completing all requirements. They will review work completed by the Child and Family Educators, including documentation in the data tracking system and mileage reimbursement, lesson plans, etc. They will also review parent in-kind related to home visits and socializations and enter data as necessary as well as implement the home-based Early Head Start Education/Child Development services. They will work with other Early Head Start and Head Start Coordinators to ensure services are completed and covered during home visits.
Salary Range: $68,800.00 – 141,000.00 Annually
