Key Responsibilities:
The Administrative Associate is a Caregiver first. This position is responsible for covering vacant shifts, as well as last-minute shift call-outs. Such shifts may occur after Office Hours and on Weekends, so the ideal candidate will have personal flexibility and availability to cover shifts, at the last minute and at irregular hours. The ideal candidate will also have regular access and on-going usage of reliable transportation. When not caring for our clients, the Administrative Associate will work in the office of Griswold Home Care for West Houston during regular office hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. During Office Hours, the Administrative Associate will assist the Lead Caregiver in completing operational needs involving Scheduling and Recruiting of Caregivers. Such duties include: Source, screen, test, interview, assess, select and onboard qualified caregivers from various sources. Assist in maintaining scheduling procedures and protocols to ensure that all clients are adequately covered with care. Maintain state-compliant employee files. Participate in and handle On-call duties on a rotating basis with the Lead Caregiver.As the Administrative Associate and a valued member of our care team, you can expect excellent support in your career development and advancement. Two years of experience as a home care caregiver/caregiver coordinator Nursing Assistant Certification is a plus. High school diploma Two years of experience in recruiting is desired.Benefits:
