Compensation: Starts at $45,000/yr+
Schedule: Monday-Friday and occasional weekend/evenings on based special events coordinated.

Identify and target new business opportunities in the home health care and healthcare staffing industry Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base Effectively and professionally plan sales meetings and activities through phone and email while maximizing time efficiency Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and delivery Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients Track and report on sales performance metrics Upkeep client referral sources and data entry of sales efforts into our CRM database Effectively convert prospects into clients Meet sales objectives, document appointments, and provide weekly activity KPI reports Use effective NETWORKING strategies to generate referral relationship meetingsRequirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales role, preferably in the Home Health Care and/or Healthcare Staffing industry Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and pricing agreements Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related fieldAbout Us:
