Phlebotomy in Peds and/or Adults IV starts in Peds and/or Adults PICC lines Ports Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in IV Infusions in a Home Care setting. Minimum 6 (six) months experience of IVIG infusion preferred Hemophiliacs and Factor administration Enzyme administrationREQUIREMENTS FOR HOME CARE INFUSION REGISTERED NURSE - RN:
Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (may obtain after hire) Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable vehicle Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
