CAREGIVER DUTIES
Duties of referred caregivers commonly include, but are not limited to:
Companionship and conversational engagement with clientsSupervision of activities of daily livingLight housekeeping tasks and meal preparationMedication and appointment remindersAbility to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
CAREGIVER JOB REQUIREMENTS
Griswold Home Care refers caregivers who have these minimum qualifications:
Dependable, Dependable, DependableCompassionate provider of homemaking, and companionship services1+ years of experience caring for a senior or the elderlyHHA, PCA or CNA preferred, or comparable and relevant experience and/or trainingAbility to pass a thorough Criminal and Background Record CheckA minimum of 4 recent references (2 personal and 2 professional)Have a heart for the elderlyHonest, trustworthy, reliable, and patient with those in needReliable transportation to a client’s home, a valid driver’s and Insurance
