RN Salary: starts at $85K/year + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
Service Area: must be able to travel to areas of: Oak Grove, Anoka, Andover, Coon Rapids, Ham Lake, Fridley, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Minneapolis, Richfield, Bloomington, Burnsville, and Lakeville (plus mileage reimbursement of .67 cents per mile).
Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 FTE
Option 1: Friday-Sunday, three 12-hour shifts 8am-8pm
Option 2: Saturday-Monday, three 12-hour shifts 8am-8pm

The RN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
Qualifications:
One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting. One year of home health care experience preferred. Experience in customer service/direct member contact field preferred Experience supervising caregivers Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Minnesota Nursing License or Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse Must pass a MVR check based on Lifespark company policy
